How you bond and communicate with your horse will determine your level of enjoyment of ownership. If for any reason things are not working out during the first 60 days of ownership and you change your mind, you can return your horse for a cash refund or trade in for another horse.

1. The horse must be in the same physical, mental and skill level condition they were at the time of sale.
2. The horse must be returned to The Stables at South Molton at the buyer's expense.
3. The buyer must have successfully completed our structured transition program prior to taking possession of the horse.
4. South Molton will quarantine the horse for a 14 day observation period to evaluate the horse's condition before refund or trade-in are finalized. South Molton has the right to extend the observation period for an additional 14 days (28 in total) if we determine it necessary to make a final evaluation of the horse's condition.
5. South Molton reserves the right to request a vet inspection for any reason. The vet costs will be deducted from any refund or trade-in.
6. The "days" in the chart above start counting on the day you take possession of the horse (day 1).
7. Refunds or trade-in credits are limited to the purchase price of the horse and exclude any delivery, boarding or other cost incurred. Any residual cash refund will be determined from the cash refund schedule above. For example, if you return the horse to South Molton on day 25 the cash refund would be 60% of the purchase price.
8. When trading in, residual cash refund from schedule above is applied first followed by the trade amount in the schedule above.
